Spent the majority of a sunshine afternoon romping with toddlers and admiring a multitude of friendly dogs at the river. The fur-lined hood is a separate sweater-piece that I have mix and matched with a variety of outfits on different occasions, which I love love love immensely. Oversized denim wraparound coat is from eBay, the Mulberry-homage Alexa satchel is from Aldo.
It’s nice to notice that shopping finds at the local vintage and consignment fashion shops are filled with over-abundance in last season’s trends as soon as springtime begins. I like to think that as a result of these latest purchases, my wardrobe is more streamlined towards functionalism in and out of the workplace, local gym membership, and regular marathon-training routine.
Matt and Nat velvet-taupe laptop case (side carry chain hidden), brand new and never-used ivory-blue puma messenger tote, and a random authentic leather sidecarry purse. Really looking forward to the sunshine days and ivory outfit posts for springtime!
I’ve been away for a while and that will never ever happen again (maybe). My entire wardrobe has shifted from what it was a few years ago (a fact that is becoming more and more apparent during springtime-cleaning of my fashion closet haul), and, more importantly, is indicative of my happier and confident mindset! Independent young woman is my new power code.
The above outfit photos are from my loving iPhone 6 (self-timer mode!). Each of these pieces are from the vintage and consignment shops, and is more or less a minimal yet warm wardrobe for a springtime afternoon in Vancouver, BC.
